The Supreme Court: Technologically Out Of Touch

US Supreme CourtThe Wall Street Journal‘s Law Blog had a humorous post on Monday, sarcasticly entitled “Our Tech-Savvy Supreme Court“, about how our Supreme Court Justices are essentially Luddites ruling on issues involving technology. The best quote being:

Chief Justice John Roberts asked what the difference was “between email and a pager?”

One response to The Supreme Court: Technologically Out Of Touch

  1. This is pretty funny, if not simultaneously quite concerning. I love the quote in the article, “the justices’ kids and grandkids could have answered while sleepwalking.” I would like to amend: “the justices’ kids, grandkids, and my grandmother could have answered while sleepwalking.”
